Mesquite, TX (Mar 20) – A blistered tire, lapped traffic and a post race crash could not keep Sammy Swindell out of victory lane Saturday night as he swept the first Sprint Bandits feature weekend at Devil's Bowl Speedway. Rowdy Starnes captured the USA modified feature, seconds before his motor expired in a huge cloud of oil smoke. Walter Dorsett topped the street stocks in a solid run.
