Gailley Makes Last Lap Pass for Super Sprint Win
Trevathan Sweeps Late Models
Ewell Sweeps USA Outlaw Modifieds
Troutman Takes World Class Street Stock Honors
Earl Victorious In USA Limited Modifieds
David Gailley made a last lap, last ditch effort pass to win the Super Sprint A main. Second place finisher Dan Adkins came upon lap traffic in turns one and two allowing Gailley to close and make his race winning move coming out of turn two. Martin Edwards was a close third at the line with Todd Evans fourth and Kurt Summers fifth.
Jason Trevathn won the second Late Model heat race in route to his feature win and sweep. It was Darren Ellis in second when the checkers flew with Michael Grubbs third, Jody Mayne fourth and Jack Ambern Jr fifth.
Chad Ewell won the first of three USA Outlaw Modified heat races in route to his A main win and sweep. Rick McCommas was second at the line with Danny Caldwell third. Richard Miller and Chad Williams rounded out the top five.
Jason Troutman made his way to the front in the World Class Street Stock A main and held on for the win. It was Steve Trevathan taking second and Harry Hronas third. Bubba Meeks was fourth and Chuck Flannery fifth.
Tom Earl won the USA Limited Modified Trophy dash on his way to victory lane in the A main. Rickey Haney was second and Jimmy Criswell third. A naked (no body panels) Robert Vetter came from the back of the field for fourth after rolling his car about three times off the top of turn two in Trophy Dash action about thirty minutes prior to the A main green flag. Mark Ross was fifth at the line.
