Spoerl Wins Super Sprints
Thomas Takes Late Models
Taylor Wins USA Outlaw Modifieds

Dycus Sweeps USA Limited Modifieds

After a long layoff Justin Spoerl found his way back to victory lane fast in the Super Sprint A main. Justin started outside the fifth row to take the win. Eighth position starter Matt Clevenger was second at the line with ninth position starter Martin Edwards third. Todd Evans was fourth and Bill Waller fifth.

Max Eddie Thomas out dueled Darren Ellis for the Late Model A main win. Early race leader Wendall Bolden settled in for third. Jack Ambern Jr was fourth at the line with Michael Grubbs fifth.

Troy Taylor made the drive back to the Bowl while having an off night from his home track to pick up the A main win in the USA Outlaw Modifieds. Troy said in victory lane the win felt good after a bad night last Thursday at the ASCS show. A hard charging Rick McCommas was second at the line with Johnny Dunn Jr third. Richard McGibbony was fourth and Chad Williams fifth. A lap one incident took the cars of Tom Lorenz and Danny Caldwell hard into the outside wall off of turn two, both drivers walked away unhurt but not as much can be said for their two machines.

Johnny Philpot Jr won the second World Class Street Stock heat race in route to his A main win and sweep of the night. Marcus Baxter was second at the line with Chuck Flannery third. Harry Hronas was fourth and Terry Carter fifth.

Second USA Limited Modified heat winner Triston Dycus also won the A main to complete his sweep of the night. Brandon Kirkland was second with Tommy McKinley third. Jason Bolden and Tyler Killingsworth rounded out the top five.
